    "Innovate Today and Inspire Tomorrow" is what I firmly believe and my approach to work mostly aligns with the former philosophy. I started my career as a market research analyst and later grew to a Research Team Lead role. My work involved picking an industry, understand its dynamics, and report my observations. Thanks to my job role, I started to realize an industry and narrate its forecast. It was also when I picked an interest in writing articles about various industries on my LinkedIn pulse network. "Sense, Simplify, Strategize" – This is my take away from 4 years of exploiting Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Behaviour Psychology. Digital Marketing today looks like just another mode of communication. I penned Montaigne as a mission to simplify digital marketing for everyone. Lead Mirror was a further step towards A2i (Artificial to Human Intelligence) for better UX and ethical digital marketing. During this time, I also got the chance to build software applications for my clients, allowing me to experience business ideas taking shape. "Experience, Evolve and Educate" – This is what my current state of mind sounds-like. I started spending my time as a business strategy thinker. Since Q4 2020, I've been working on strategy building for a B2B Aquaculture business. Experiencing the industry problem, evolving with a solution, and educating the same is the thought that made me initiate "Royye Raju." A 1 million farmer network (10k Y.T.D) in the aquaculture industry, Royye Raju is a 0 to 1 initiative, building the future of Shrimp and Fish Farming in Andhra Pradesh (Today) and India (Tomorrow). Montaigne ThinkTank is another interest of mine where I, along with a team of thought leaders, explore various problem statements of businesses and brainstorm the scalable and sustainable solutions for the former.
