I am a banker,working with State Bank Of India for the past 14 years.I have rich experience in handling credit portfolio of the bank.Presently I am working as Chief Manager,Credit and NPA Management of a region.During this stint with SBI,I have served different categories of people,especialy differently abled customers.I have witnessed,how the banking landscape has changed over the years,how technology has given a fitting leverage to the banking sector during this transition period,also what is being envisaged for the future.I am thrilled to present my ideas in this hackathon to improve and ease the use of banking services via digital platform for the betterment of the differently abled who definitely deserve such special attention and concoction.
