APIX and Fintech Association for Consumer Empowerment (FACE) Partner to Advance Responsible Fintech Innovation
Connecting India’s fintech innovators with global opportunities through the APIX innovation ecosystem.
APIX and the Fintech Association for Consumer Empowerment (FACE) have partnered to expand cross-border collaboration for India’s fintech community, linking startups and technology companies with banks, regulators, and multilateral organizations worldwide. FACE is the Reserve Bank of India–recognised Self-Regulatory Organisation for the FinTech sector (SRO-FT), convening fintechs to build customer-centric, safe, and transparent financial services.
Through this collaboration, FACE members will be able to participate in APIX-hosted hackathons and innovation challenges, accelerate proof-of-concept development in the APIX secure sandbox, and showcase solutions to a global audience of financial institutions. APIX today enables 100+ financial institutions to engage with more than 2,100 fintechs across 90+ countries, creating an accelerated path of innovation from solution sourcing and discovery to proof of concept.
The partnership will also spotlight standout fintech innovation coming out of India via to APIX's global innovation community while aligning with FACE’s mission to promote responsible fintech practices and industry standards. As an SRO-FT, FACE brings a broad, multi-segment membership (lending, SaaS, infrastructure, reg-tech, TSP, P2P, LSP, marketplace and more) and has been recognised for sector stewardship, publishing resources, adopting industry codes, and advancing self-regulation.
Together, APIX and FACE will help Indian fintechs gain global exposure, collaborate with international financial institutions, and accelerate collaboration from solution discovery to accelerated proof-of-concepts reinforcing. Notably, FACE’s member base represents a substantial share of India’s digital-lending activity, further strengthening the pipeline of credible, deployable solutions from India to the world.
