How can I create an account as a Financial Institution, Regulator or Organisation?
There are 5 account types [Fintech, ESG, Financial Institution (FI), Developer and Other]. Each type requires different information to sign up. Click on the links to learn more.
Can new users from my organisation register if my organisation has not been onboarded and approved yet?
No, the organisation needs to be onboarded by a responsible person (Organisation Admin) who is able to provide relevant data about the organisation during the registration process. Once the organisation is approved by APIX, additional members can be invited by the Organisation Admin.
Does my organisation require an approval to onboard?
Yes, APIX will review your profile completion, C-level team's information, technology details, etc before approving your organisation to onboard.

When can the organisation admin invite new users to APIX?
After registration, organisations will go through a quick approval process. Once the organisation is approved, they will be able to start inviting new users. The users will receive an email invitation which they will need to click on and change their password to get access to the platform.
How do I invite new users to APIX?
To invite new users to APIX, click on the "Human" icon at the top right corner. Under the drop-down list, select "Manage Team Members under "My Organisation". You will be redirected to the User Management page and will be able to invite a member from there.
